摘要
简述弹簧支架在整个空气悬架系统中的作用,针对某种型号客车的空气悬架的重要部件———弹簧支架进行有限元分析,计算弹簧支架的应力和变形特性,找到原有结构设计的薄弱环节。在此基础上改进设计,同时进行理论分析,并将新的设计方案与原有设计进行对比研究。
The function of the spring bracket is briefly specified among the air suspension system. The finite element analysis is carried making use of the software ANSYS in allusion to the important part-spring bracket of the air suspension of some passengers car, the stress and distortion characteristics of the spring bracket is calculated and the week place of the former structure is found. Then based on above the design is improved and the theory analysis is carried. At the same time the comparison research is carried between the new design and the former one.
