摘要
民族地区经济在快速增长的同时,也存在和出现了一些限制经济可持续发展的因素。以科学发展观为指导,从社会主义市场经济体制和运行机制、所有制结构、对外开放等九个方面提出了旨在实现民族地区经济可持续发展的重要举措。
