以0.01%中性红溶液标记杆吻虫喂水螅,观察了标记物在水螅细胞层内的分布动态。结果表明,中性红在内胚层细胞中呈碱性反应。在外胚层细胞中呈酸性反应,被标记的营养物在体轴方向以及在同一个体区的内、外胚层中的分布均不同。本实验与前人用中性红直接活体染色水螅出现的中性红裉色顺序不同。将水螅细胞层内营养的分布动态与细胞运动规律之间的关系作了简要讨论。
The dynamics of the neutral red's distribution in endoderm and ectoderm of Hydra sp which ate stytaria sp. marked with 0.01% neutral red was studied. Neutral red was alkalified in endoderm but was acidified in ectoderm. The nutrition's distribution in many sites along longitudinal body was different, even if in some site, the nutrition's distribution in its endoderm was different from in its ectoderm. Furthermore, the sequence of neutral red's discoloring in this article was different from in other article in which Hydra sp was colored with neutral red. The relation between the dynamics of nutrition's distribution in the body of Hydra sp and cell movement was also discussed.
