摘要
采用除氧酶G对氧漂后的纯棉纱线进行处理,以去除纱线上残留的H2O2。确定了最佳工艺:除氧酶G用量0.1~0.2g/L,处理温度35℃,处理时间10min,pH值6~8。与传统水洗去氧工艺对比,除氧酶G能有效去除氧漂处理后残留的双氧水,提高染料的染色性能,改善织物的外观和手感,且节能降成本,利于环保。
Deoxidizing enzyme G is applied to remove the residual peroxide hydrogen in bleached cotton yarns, the optimum conditions are defined, which is, deoxidizing enzyme G 0. 1~0.2 g/L, pH value 6 ~ 8, treating at 35℃ for 10 minutes. Compared with traditional deoxidizing process, deoxidizing enzyme G features high efficiency, enhanced dyeing behaviors, as well as better appearance and handle, it is benefit for environment protection.
