摘要
采用自制的羧甲基纤维素接枝季铵化聚丙烯酰胺阳离子接枝共聚物(CMC-g-CPAM),运用静态法测定其对活性染料的吸附脱色性能,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对该树脂吸附染料前后的形貌进行了表征,分析了其作用机理。试验结果表明,该树脂以吸附、架桥和絮凝方式,能对活性染料进行很好的吸附脱色,脱色率可达90%~98%。
The cationic resin, carboxylmethylcellulose grafting cationic polyacrylamide (CMC-g-CPAM) with quaternary ammonium group is used to adsorb reactive dyes under static conditions. The morphology of resin before and after adsorption is observed by SEM(scanning electron microscopy), and the action mechanism is analyzed. Results show that the resin features highly efficiency on reactive dyes by means of adsorption, bridging and flocculation, the decolorizing rate is up to 91% ~ 98%.
