摘要
目的观察拔罐治疗癌性疼痛的疗效。方法将60例按数字表法随机分成两组,治疗组采用拔罐疗法,对照组口服丙氧氨酚片,观察疼痛缓解时间及疗效。结果与结论治疗组总缓解率为66.7%,对照组为43.3%,两组疼痛缓解程度比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05);治疗组平均止痛持续时间为5.06 h,对照组为3.65 h,治疗组止痛时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of cupping on cancer pain, Methods Sixty patients were randomly alloca- ted to two groups according to a random number table. The treatment group were treated by cupping and the control group, by oral administration of Propoxyphene Napsylate and Paracetamol, Pain relief time and the curative effect were observed. Results and conclusion The total rate was 66.7% in the treatment group and 43.3% in the control group, There was a significant difference in pain relief degree between the two groups （ P 〈 0, 05 ）. The average time for reducing pain effectively was 5.06 hrs in the treatment group and 3.65 hrs in the control group. The pain relief time was longer in the treatment group than in the control group（P 〈0.05）.
