摘要
建国以来,我国农村教育经历了艰难的发展历程。而且,与城市相比,农村义务教育一直处在不平等的劣势地位。为促进农村与城市的协调发展,我们必须以公共财政理论为指导,重建农村义务教育投入体制。
Ailer the founding of the PRC, rural compulsory education experienced a hard journey of development in a status of inequality compared with urban education. In order to accelerate coordinated development between rural and urban areas, rural compulsory education input system must be rebuilt on the basis of the public finance.
