摘要
以聚醚砜(PES)为膜材,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为添加剂,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)为溶剂,用相转化法制备了超滤膜.利用正交试验法,研究了制膜参数PES浓度、PVP浓度、蒸发时间、凝固浴温度、凝固时间对膜性能影响显著程度;并进一步探讨了显著因素PES浓度、PVP浓度、凝固浴温度对膜性能的影响规律,得出制备截留分子量为67000的超滤膜的最佳条件为:PES浓度16%~22%,PVP浓度10%~14%,凝固浴温度303~313K,蒸发时间60~120s.
Polyethersulfone (PES) ultrafiltration membrane was successfully prepared by means of phase inversion method, with PES as raw material, Poly-vinyl Pyrrolidone (PVP)as additive, and dimethylacetarnide (DMAC) as solvent. The effects of PES concentration in the casting solution, the additive concentration, the evaporation time of nascent membrane, the temperature of gelation bath, and gelation time on the membrane performance were investigated. The optimum preparation parameters were determined as follows: PES concentration16%~22% ,PVP concentration 10% ~ 14% ,gel temperature 303~313 K,evaporation time 60 ~ 120 s.
