摘要
汽车发电机二极管烧毁,应剪断有故障二极管的接线,断开其电流通路。此时,三相整流处于缺相状态,发电机虽不能完全正常工作,但仍可短期维持汽车行驶。调节器故障若因达林顿管烧坏引起,应马上断开调节器与蓄电池的接线,阻止发电机对蓄电池过充电。若蓄电池电压很低,发电机无法对其供电,需检查整流桥有无损坏或脱线,如整流部分和接线完好,则调节器内部出现故障,应把F端和E端短接。
The diode damage of automobile alternator should cut off its current passage. At this moment, trinomial rectification in lacking the picture state, although the alternator could not totally work normally, it may keep automobile running in a short time. If Darington audionis in charge of burning out was responsible for the regulator trouble, the connection of the regulator with the battery should be disconnected at once so as to prevent the alternator from over charging to the battery. If the battery was very low in voltage, the alternator would be unable to supply power to it. The systems needed to check whether the rectification bridge to damage or to disconnect. If rectification part and connection intact, the trouble comes from inner of the regulator .At the same time, F and E should be connected directly.
