承包商的索赔成功在很大程度上取决于索赔策略和技巧的应用。从工程实际出发,提出工程不同阶段的索赔策略和具体操作。在索赔的提出和索赔的解决两方面,就如何运用索赔技巧进行探讨。
The successful claim of contractor depends largely on application of claim strategy and technique. This paper discusses the claim strategy and concrete operation from different project stages, illustrates how to apply the technique to putting forward and solving claim.
