摘要
介绍了两种光电子能谱加宽函数的实验处理方法。结果表明谱图经过这样的处理后,分辨率大为提高。
Two methods of experimental processing of widening function for photoelectron spectrum are introduced. The result shows that the resolution of the spectrum processed by this way will improve.
