摘要
采用PASCA,XPS,STEM和微型反应色谱等技术,研究了一系列MoNiP/Al2O3催化剂表面活性组分(Mo和Ni)的分散状态及其对催化剂HDN(加氢脱氮)反应活性的影响.结果表明,MoNiP/Al2O3催化剂的HDN反应活性与Mo和Ni两种组分的分散状态及总分散度有关,而这又取决于催化剂的制备条件和步骤.此外,Mo和Ni以一定的形式(例如生成Ni-Mo-O相)存在,从而以固定的Mo/Ni摩尔比均匀地分散在表面上。
A series of MoNiP/Al 2O 3 catalysts were prepared by keeping the active components (Mo, Ni and P) constant and varying the preparation conditions (calcination procedure and temperature). PASCA (positron annihilation spectroscopy for chemical analysis), XPS (X ray photoelectron spectroscopy), STEM (scanning transmission electron microscopy) and microreactor were applied to characterize the dispersion states of the active components on the surface of the catalysts. The results indicate that the HDN activity of the catalysts is associated with the dispersion degrees of both Mo and Ni. Besides, higher HDN activity is also related to the dispersion of Mo and Ni with a fixed Mo/Ni molar ratio.
