摘要
本文首次提出了耳枕部神经卡压综合征这一病名,它包括枕大神经、枕小神经、耳大神经及第三枕神经。过去认为头痛、神经痛、血管神经性头痛等与之有关,这种综合征是由于睡眠姿势不正或长期伏案工作等因素而使耳后枕部的软组织处于紧张或慢性摩擦劳损状态,致使变性粘连或痉挛的软组织挤压或牵拉局部的神经和血管而出现局部不适等,应用小针刀将粘连变性或痉挛的软组织彻底松解开来即可立即解除神经和血管的卡压。通过对158例耳枕部神经卡压综合征的观察治疗,取得了佳效,治愈145例,缓解13例。
In this article we first used the syndrome of auricular and occipital nerve being pressed. It includes N occipitalis major,N occipitalis minor,N auricularis magnus and N occipitalis tertius being pressed. In past time those shoes be think of headache ,nerve ache and blood vessels headache and others. We think this kind of syndrome is because of the body in sleeping disorder and working before the table for long time, making those made sofetissue spasim and stan. So the spasim sofe-tissue press or push the nerve and the blood vessel make us feel not well. We use the needle-knife to loss the stan and spasim sofetissue in 158 cases.We got good result, 145 cases were cured, 13 cases felt better than before.
