循环冷却水系统的自动化改造

摘要 针对某公司的涂层生产线的循环水冷却系统,设计并实现了一种采用FX2-48可编程控制器为主控制机的恒压恒水位供水控制系统。详细论述了系统硬件配置和软件设计,实现了对供水的恒压恒水位自动控制。 Based on the circulating cooling water system signs and realizes a kind of constant pressure tem, which is adopted FX2 48 PLC as master configuration and software design. It realizes pressure and constant water level. on coating line of a certain corporation, this article deand constant water level supporting water controlling syscomputer, and in a specific way explained the hardware the automatic control of the supporting water to constant
