Synthesis of Calcium Carbonate Microsphere in a Solution System of Five Components

摘要 在水-十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)-聚乙二醇400(PEG400)-盐五组分溶液体系中制备了碳酸钙微球(中空),其粒径在0.5~1.5μm之间。并且对无表面活性剂SDS以及SDS浓度为0.2mmol·L^-1情况下制备的碳酸钙微结构进行了考察,得到了由片状粒子堆积而成的花球,直径约在0.8~3μm之间。考察了后处理条件对碳酸钙粒子的影响,后处理温度为140℃时,原来粒径小的碳酸钙微粒聚集成粒径较大的多面体稳定结构。用XRD、SEM等手段对样品进行了表征,对其形成机理进行了分析和探讨。 The calcium carbonate microsphere (hollow sphere), with a size distribution of 0. 5~1.5μm, has been synthesized in a solution system of water-sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)-α-methacrylic acid (MAA)-polyethylene glycol400 ( PEG400)-salt solute. The microstructures of calcium carbonates obtained at [SDS] =0 and [SDS] =0.2 mmol · L^-1 were investigated. The flower spheres composed of sheet-like particles, with the diameter of about 0. 8 ~3μm, were obtained. The effects of final treatment conditions on the restuting CaCO3 particles were examined. When the final treatment temperature was 140 ℃, the particles became steady polyhedron with a bigger size. The samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The mechanism was analyzed and discussed.
