摘要
发展了一套毛细管填充柱制备方法,在100μm内径毛细管柱中填充3μmODS固定相,以毛细管电色谱法(CEC)分离模式对芳香胺类样品进行分离,柱效高达25.9万理论塔板数/米,折合塔板高度达1.3。类似研究在国内尚未见报道。
The packed-column capillary. electrochromatography (CEC) method combine the advantages of CE with those of HPLC, and can provide high efficient separation and good selectivity of complex samples. In this paper, a new method was developed to prepare packed column for capillary electrochromatography. The fused silica capillary column with 100μm inner diameter was packed with 3μm ODS HPLC stationary phase to 60cm within 10 min. The electroosmotic mobility was 5. 76mm/(s. V) measured by thiourea. The baseline separation of aromatic alcohols and aromatic amines (k'= 0-4. 2) were performed on a home-made CE apparatus. A column efficiency of 2. 59 × 105 theoretical plates/m was achieved, and the reduced plate height was 1. 3. The column can be regenerated by cutting off the injection end. From the results, it can be seen that, by optimizing the separation conditions, the CEC method can be applied efficiently to the field of the environmental and medicine analysis.
