摘要
合成了一系列4,5-2H-1-取代6-羰基哒嗪酮3四乙酰葡萄糖苷类化合物,收率在58%～77%,均为右旋糖苷,其结构经IR与1HNMR表征。
4, 5-Dihydro-1-substituent-6-oxo-pyridazinone-3-tetraacetoglucosides were synthesized for the first time. The yield was 58 % - 67 % . They were dextrans and their structures were characterized by ^1HNMR and IR.
