摘要
本文从研究网络用户需求、建立网络导航、开展数字化参考咨询和新型的网络个性化服务、建设馆藏特色数据库等几方面探讨了高校图书馆的网上信息服务工作。
The goal of the text is to make a discussion which is about information service of university libraries on Internet through the researches on the needs of network users, the construction of network navigation systems, the developments of digital reference service , personalized customization and the construction of characteristic databases.
