摘要
循环经济在工业园区层面主要表现为生态工业园。江西星火工业园在发展循环经济方面做出了有益的探索。星火工业园以资源的再利用为核心理念,引进、创建了一大批企业,利用有机硅单体生产的废弃物和副产品加工成有市场需求、科技含量高的产品,初步形成了以星火有机硅厂为核心的有机硅单体深加工和废弃物再利用的循环经济产业网。实践证明,循环经济园区以物质与能量循环利用为内容、以产业集群为载体,同时兼顾两者的长处,是一种先进的生产组织形式。
The recycling economy is represented by the ecological industrial park at the industrial park level. In this paper the tech -economic characteristics of recycling economy in the Xinghuo Industrial Park are analyzed. The Xinghuo Industrial Park, taking the reusing of resources as the core concept, introduces and establishes many enterprises and processes wastes and sided products produced in the process of production of organic silicon monomer into the products which are needed by the market and have high technological content, thus forming the recycling economy industrial network of further processing of organic silicon monomers and reusing of wastes, with the Xinghuo Organic Silicon Factory at the core. Practice proves that the recycling economy park, taking the recycling of matter and energy as the content and the industrial cluster as carriers and having the advantages of both, is an advanced production organization form.
