摘要
对无刷励磁机的电枢及转子的绝缘结构与工艺进行了研究,通过多次试验改进,试制成功了双聚酯纤维丝和玻璃丝包双漆包F级热熔扁铜线及其他绝缘材料,从而保证了无刷励磁机安全可靠运行。本文介绍了电枢及转子绝缘结构及材料的研究情况,包括选择方法,电性能及冷热态机械性能。
Insulation system and technology for armature and rotor of the brushless exiter are studied. A class F of double polyester and glas fibers covered enamelled wire and other insulation materials have been succeed by many tests and improvement, so that safe and reliable operation of the brushless exciter for a 600MW turbogenerator may be ensured. Study details on insulation system and materials of the armature and the rotor,including the selective method, electric performance and mechanical performance in cold and heat state are introduced in this paper.
