摘要
在调研国内外先进停车楼建筑技术的基础上,结合望京新城K5区规划限定条件和场地特征,通过多方案的分析和比较,提出了三段敞开式、错叠层、大跨度预应力板柱体系停车楼的集成应用技术,实现了在同等用地条件下,提高停车数量、节能、省地及降低运行成本的目的。
Based on features of site, restrictive condition of KS area in Wangjing New City and investigation of advanced building techniques for storied garage building at home and abroad as well as multi-program comparison, this project adopts integrated technique of 3 sections of open type and large span storied building in split level with lamination and prestressed slab column structure system. Under same condition of land use, it achieves the benefit of increasing parking place, saving energy, saving land and lowering cost of operation.
