反击式水轮机导叶密封的结构问题

摘要 减少反击式水轮机导叶全关后的漏水量是改善水轮机结构性能的重要课题之一。正确地确定导叶漏水量的允许值涉及到一系列问题。本文叙述我国三十年来导叶密封装置的结构变化,提出了在设计、制造及运行维护中应注意的事项,作为研究该课题的参考。 To decrease the leakage of full closed wicket gate of reaction turbine is an important subject of improving the constructional characteristic of water turbine. There are a series of problems which are concered in correctly assessing the allowable value of leakage of the full closed wicket gate. This article deals with some varieties of seal construction of wicket gate within thirty years in our country, proposes some consideration, which must be taken account in design, manufacture, operation and maintenance. It may be a reference for further research on this subject.
