摘要
沿海防护林体系是抵御海啸和风暴潮等自然灾害的绿色屏障，是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。山东省沿海地域辽阔，自然及社会条件复杂多样，沿海防护林建设任务艰巨。文章在分析沿海防护林建设现状和问题的基础上，从改善生态以及资源与环境可持续发展的角度，提出了沿海防护林体系建设的基本思路和战略措施。
Coastal defense forest system is green barrier which withstands nature disasters such as tsunami and storm tide, it also is important content of constructing socialism harmonious society. There are expansive coastland and complicated nature and social condition, so the task of constructing coastal defense forest is formidable. The article was on the basis of analyzing coastal defense forest construction actuality and problem, from the angle of improving ecology and resource and environment sustainable development, put forward basic idea and strategic measures of constructing coastal defense forest system.
