摘要
目的:了解阿斯匹林对胃肠黏膜的损伤作用,以减少临床实践中阿斯匹林对胃肠黏膜的损伤。方法:回顾性分析126例因服阿斯匹林引起消化系统症状的病例资料,全部病例均经胃镜或X线检查确诊。结果:慢性浅表性胃炎31例(24.6%),急性糜烂性胃炎28例(22.2%),胃溃疡18例(14.3%),十二指肠球部溃疡32例(25.4%),食道炎12例(9.5%),胃肠道穿孔5例(4.0%)。结论:阿斯匹林可致胃肠黏膜损伤。
Objective：To explore the gastrointerologic damage induced by aspirin to reduce the damage in clinical practice. Methods： One hundred and twenty six patients were selected and the definite diagnosis was made through endoscope or x-rays. Rusults： There were 31 patients（24.6%） with chronic superficial gastritis, 28 （22.2%） with acute erosive gastritis, 18（14.3%） with gastric ulcer, 32 （25.4%） with duodenobulbar ulcer, 12 （9.5%） with esophagitis, and 5（4. 0%） with gastrointestinal perforation. Conclusion： The mucous membrane of stomach would be likely damaged by Aspirin.
