摘要
【目的】评价髁钢板手术治疗肱骨外科颈合并肱骨头骨折的效果。【方法】应用髁钢板内固定治疗肱骨外科颈合并肱骨头骨折22例。根据Neer分类法：NeerⅢ型骨折16例，NeerⅣ型骨折6例。【结果】22例均获得随访，时间6～38个月。根据术后肩关节功能恢复Neer评分法：优17例，良3例，可1例，差1例。【结论】采用手术干预的方法，解剖复位髁钢板坚强内固定是治疗肱骨外科颈合并肱骨头骨折的理想方法。
[Objective]To evaluate the clinical effect of surgical collum humeri combined humeral caput fractures treated with condyle plate. [Methods]Twenty two patients of surgical collum humeri combined humeral caput fractures were fixed with condyle plate on the basis of Neer classification： Neer Ⅲ bone fracture in 16 cases, Neer IV bone fracture in 6. [Results]All patients were followed-up for 6-38 months. After operation, functional recovery of shoulder joints on the basis of Neer classification was： excellent in 17, good in 3, fair in 1,poor in 1 case. [Conclusion]h is a good method to fix the surgical collum humeri combined humeral caput fractures with condyle plate.
