实验性乳腺炎山羊乳和血液中相关酶与细胞因子的变化 被引量:3

The changes of enzymes and cytokines in milk and blood during experimental mastitis in goat

摘要 8只泌乳期的健康睢宁白山羊,产后72 h分别用内毒素(LPS)和灭菌生理盐水经乳头管灌注左右侧乳房。于灌注后0、3、6、9、24 h分别采集颈静脉血和左右两侧乳房的乳汁,分析相关酶活性和细胞因子含量。结果表明:在实验乳腺(灌注LPS)的乳中N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG ase)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性在24 h内持续上升,髓过氧化物酶(M PO)活性先上升后下降;而在血清中NAG ase、M PO活性先下降后上升,ALP活性在24 h内持续下降。TNFα-、IL-1、IL-6细胞因子水平在实验乳腺的乳中先上升后下降,S IgA水平在24 h内持续上升;血清中这些细胞因子也是先上升后下降;而灌注生理盐水的对照乳腺的乳中酶和细胞因子水平均无显著变化。 Eight healthy lactating Suining goats were intramammary infused in left udder with lipopolysaccharide and the right udder with saline (9 g·L^-1) serving as control. Jugular vein blood and milk of both udders were taken immediately before and at 3, 6, 9 and 24 h after infusion and correlated enzymes and cytokines were measured to observe their changes. In LPS-treated udder, N-acety1-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAGase), myeloperoxidase (MPO) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity increa^d and peaked at 24, 9 and 24 h respectively; however in serum these three enzymes decreased and lowered at 9, 9 and 24 h respectively. TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, SIgA concentration in LPS treated udder increased and peaked at 6, 9, 9 and 24 h respectively; while these cytokines also increased in serum and they peaked at 6, 6 and 9 h respectively. In control udder, enzymes and cytokines had no remarkable change.
