摘要
目的:分析评价比塔派克斯(V itapex)糊剂使用不同种根管充填治疗后的结果。方法:经完善的根管预备后,选择门诊患者分组进行各种操作方法,观察分析及各组1a后的疗效比较。结果:术后1a,A、B两组治愈率显著低于C、D、E 3组(P<0.05),而有效率,B组显著低于其他4组,而其他4组之间无显著差别(P>0.05)。结论:V itapex是较好的根管充填剂,能促进根尖周组织的愈合,完全能用为常规根管充填剂的换代产品。
Objective： To study the effects of sealing ability of Vitapes pasty on root canal filling. Methods： The outpatient in our hospital from June 2000 to July 2002 were randomly divided into five groups. Different operations were made and one year later, the results were statistically analyzed. Results： After one year, the recovering rate of group A and B were significantly lower than that of the rest three groups （P〈0.05）. The effective rate of group B were significantly lower than that of the other four groups and there weren＇t any significant difference between the four groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Vitapex is a good root filling pasty. It helps to cure the tissue and can be usually used as the substitution of the rooting filling material.
