摘要
通过研究知识工程(KBE)技术在产品设计中的应用,根据产品设计知识的形式对其进行归类,利用面向对象的方法表达产品的总体参数、零件的独立参数、设计经验及规则,采用框架结构表示产品的结构配置树,将设计知识存储到模型库、数据库和规则库中.把编写好的KF(Knowl-edge Fusion)类加载到产品模型,并根据新设计条件和约束来驱动产品设计.最后,通过观光电梯的应用实例验证设计知识的重用.
The application of KBE (Knowledge Based Engineering) technology in product design was studied. The design knowledge of product is classified according to its forms. The oriented-object method is employed to express the whole parameter of product, independent parameter of parts, design experience, facts and rules. The frame structure is adopted to represent the configuration of product structure tree. The design knowledge is stored in the model library, database and rule library. The existed KF (Knowledge Fusion) classes are loaded into the product models. At the same time, new design requirements and constraints drive the product design through applying the design knowledge. Finally, a case study of an observation lift was provided for validating the reuse of the design knowledge.
