摘要
对一人公司制度研究的人很多,但大多侧重于对一人公司的基础理论进行研究。对一人公司的股东会、董事会、监事会从实证的角度进行分析。
Many people have studied the system of one - person corporation. Most of them focus on the basic theo- ry, hut seldom on the governing structure. In my study I analyze the shareholder meeting, the hoard of directors and the supervisory committee from the reality. I hope it has practicality.
