低磷共聚物水处理剂对黄铜的缓蚀作用

摘要 通过静态腐蚀实验和表面元素分析及电化学方法研究了低磷共聚物在循环冷却水中对黄铜的缓蚀作用。结果表明,低磷共聚物在水溶液中的浓度为8 mg/L时,对黄铜的缓蚀率为70.2%。低磷共聚物在水溶液中对黄铜的缓蚀机理是共聚物在试片表面活性位置的吸附抑制了阳极电化学过程的结果。 A low phosphonic multipolymer was synthesized and its corrosion inhibition efficiency to brass in a synthetic water was investigated. The results of weight loss measurements showed the inhibition efficiency was 70.2%, when the concentration of the low phosphonic multipolymer inhibitor in the synthetic water was 8mg·L^-1. The element analysis at the surface of brass specimens and electrochemical tests showed that the inhibitive mechanism of the multipolymer was to inhibit the anodic reaction mainly due to chemical adsorption of the multipolymer inhibitor on active places of the brass specimen surface.
