摘要
电子垃圾含有大量有毒有害物质,对人和环境已构成严重威胁。本文通过比较国内外电子垃圾回收利用状况,提出我国电子垃圾处理基本原则和措施。
The electronic waste threatens human and environment seriously. The recycle utilization of electric waste between in home and abroad was analyzed. The principles and management measures of the electric waste disposal of our country were proposed also.
