摘要
汽车工业已成为我国国民经济的支柱产业,近年来得到高速发展,重型汽车行业发展也比较迅速,促使我国重型汽车涂装技术产生了质的飞跃,涂装工艺水平与国际接轨。目前国内重型汽车涂装要求具有很高的装饰性,很强的防腐蚀能力和良好的耐候性。为进一步提高我国重型汽车行业零部件涂装工艺水平,本文就涂装的典型工艺阴极电泳涂装进行探讨。
Automobile industry has become a pillar industry in the national economy of China. It has developed with fast speed in recent years. Heavy duty truck manufacturing has also developed very fast, which makes a change in nature in heavy duty truck painting technology. The painting technology is quite close to that of the world level. At present, requirements for painting for domestic heavy duty trucks are about characteristics of excellent decoration, strong anti-corrosion, and good adaptability of climates. With the hope of upgrading painting technology for heavy truck parts in China, we probe with this article in typical process of E-coat.
