摘要 本文利用激光衍射的方法对细丝直径进行测量。该系统中CCD视频信号被逐位进行模数转变,变为相应的数字量。利用最小二乘法对图样进行局部曲线拟合,确定暗纹间距S。因而,衍射测径的精度不再受CCD像元中心距大小的限制。 Using laser diffraction to measure the fine diameter. In the system, the video-signal of CCD is converted bit-by-bite into digital data, and the least square method is used to fit the local curve of the diffraction pattern so that the space S of the two adjacent dark stripes of the diffraction pattern can be determined more accurately. Consequently, the measuring accuracy will no longer be restrained by the center-to-center distance of the picture elements.
