摘要
目的观察冠心病患者PCI治疗对血小板功能的影响。方法130例冠心病患者于PCI术前、术后10min及PCI术后24h抽血查血小板聚集率及血小板活化指标。结果PCI术后10min血小板聚集率及血小板活化状态较术前明显增高,PCI术后24h与术前比差异无统计学意义。结论PCI术后血小板聚集率及血小板活化状态明显增高,24h后恢复至术前水平。
Objective To observe the effect of percutaneous coronary interventional （PCI） therapy on platelet function in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Blood samples of 130 patients with CHD were obtained before, 10 minutes after and 24hours after PCI to test platelet aggregation rate and platelet activation markers. Results The platelet aggregation rate and platelet activation were higher at 10 minutes after PCI than those before PCI. There were no significant differences at before PCI and at 24 hours after PCI. Conclusion The platelet aggregation rate and platelet activation are higher after PCI, which are similar to those at 24 hours after PCI.
