摘要
目的观察阿霉素和牛磺酸对肠平滑肌收缩幅度的影响。方法取兔十二指肠段,分两组,分别用含阿霉素(0.026mmol/L)与牛磺酸(160mmol/L)加阿霉素(0.026mmol/L)的台氏液灌流肠管,分别记录给药前及给药后10、30、60、90、120min肠管收缩曲线。结果阿霉素在给药后90和120min时可使平滑肌收缩幅度减小(P<0.01);牛磺酸可拮抗上述变化。结论牛磺酸对阿霉素致肠毒性有保护作用。
Objective ：To explore the antagonistic effects of taurine on adriamycin inhibited constriction of smooth muscle of duodenum of rabbits. Methods： Duodenum of rabbits were perfused with normal Tyrode solution, adriamycin Tyrode （ 0. 026 mmol/L） and adriamycin（0.026 mmol/L） ＋ taurine（ 160 mmol/L） Tyrode solution. The contraction amplitude was recorded before treatment and 10,30,60,90 and 120 minutes after treatment respectively. Results：The contraction amplitude was reduced by adriamycin 90 and 120 minutes after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The change mentioned above could be antagonised by taurine. Conclusions： Taurine has the protective effect on adriamycin-indueed toxicity of smooth muscle of duodenum in rabbits.
