摘要
目的研究应用紫外分光光度法测定复方达克罗宁乳膏中盐酸达克罗宁含量的可行性。方法采用紫外分光光度法。结果盐酸达克罗宁在279nm波长处有最大吸收,在2.5~25μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,A=0.0583C+0.0055,r=1.000;平均回收率为98.20%,RSD=0.5%(n=5)。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可作为医院制荆质量控制。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of hydrochloride dyclonine from compound dyclonine cream. Methods UV-spectrophotometry was used. Results It was absorbed max at 279 nm wavelength. There was a good linear ranged over 2.5- 25 μg/mL of hydrochloride dyclonine, A = 0. 058 3 C + 0. 005 5, r = 1. 000, the recovery was 98.2 % with RS.D = 0.5 %. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, it can be regarded as the conventional quality control in hospital.
