摘要
教学质量是教学机构的生命线,教师是学校的灵魂,吸引、凝聚和培养一流的护理人才,建设好师资队伍是学校的主要任务。近年来,我国护理高职高专教育得到很大发展,但师资队伍的建设仍是影响和制约护理教育发展的关键环节,在一定程度上也影响了人才培养质量的提高。为此,加大师资队伍建设的力度,建设一支师德高尚、教育观念新、改革意识强、具有较高教学水平和较强实践能力、专兼职结合的教师队伍,是目前高职高专护理教育亟待解决的问题。
Teaching quality is the teaching organization＇s key point and teacher is soul of a school.Alluring, collecting and cultivating first-class nurses and building up a qualified teacher group are the main duties of a school. In recent years, high professional nursing education has developed greatly, but the construction of teacher troop is still the main factor influencing and restricting the development of nursing education and the elevation of nurse cultivation level. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the teacher troop construction to build up a full-time ＆ part-time teacher troop with high teaching morality, new education ideas, strong reformation consciousness, high teaching level and practice ability.
