摘要
以国产活性炭为载体制备筛选出的一种Pd/C催化剂,对棉籽油进行了加氢。结果表明:该催化剂具有相当高的活性和选择性及相当长的使用寿命。催化剂在30℃,钯/油比0.25％,常压下1小时可使棉籽油固化,固化油熔点约29℃。选择性(1小时)S_(2.1)=12。催化剂可重复使用4次。本文还考察了温度、催化剂用量等对棉籽油氢化的影响,探讨了制备不同氢化程度、不同组成的氢化油产品应选取的操作条件。
A Pd/C catalyst of high activity and selectivity for the hydrogcnation of raw cotton-Seed oil at low temperature and atmospheric pressure was prepared with a domestic active carbon as support. The cotton-Seed oil could be Solidified by hydrogenation in ethyl alcohol at 30℃ and a Pd/oil ratio of 0.25% in one hour. The melting point of the hardened oil was about 29℃. The selectivity S2.1 of the catalyst at 50℃in one hour was 12. The catalyst could be used repeatedly for more than four times. The effects of temperature, solvent and catalyst amount on the hydrogenation were studied. The suitable reaction conditions for preparing various hydrogenated oil products were also discussed.
