摘要
针对火电厂传统硫酸亚铁成膜工艺中存在的问题,文章运用拉伸力学性能测试、扫描金相一微区成分分析和x射线衍射物相分析等先进检测手段对HSn70-1AB铜管内壁腐蚀特性进行观察和分析。结果表明,成功镀膜新管的抗蚀性能明显优于未镀膜或镀膜失败的新铜管,并且发现火电厂循环冷却水中的Cl-和S2-离子加剧了铜管的腐蚀进程。
In the light of existent problems of FeSO4 film formation on the corrosive behavior of HSn70- lAB Copper tubes in the power plant,this article analysised the corrosion characteristics of the wall of HSn70- lAB condenser tubes made of Copper under different working conditions by using metallography-energy spectrum, tensile test and XRD analysis techniques.The results show that the corrosion performance of successful plating before use are better than un-plating or plating failure before use. and find that the corrosive process was speeded by the Cl^- and S^2- of the water in the powder plant.
