摘要
介绍了逆向工程的基本概念,基于RE技术上的三维建模方法:数据采集、点云数据处理、三维模型重建。并以犁臂的三维重构过程为实例———利用ATOS光学扫描仪对犁臂表面进行扫描,获取三维点云数据。将测量的点云数据用Imageware软件进行处理后,再利用UGNX软件的曲面造型功能,实现犁臂的三维模型重构,最后对三维模型的精度进行了检测。说明在产品设计中利用数字化逆向工程技术,可大大缩短产品的开发周期,对快速响应市场产生显著效果。
Introduces the basic conception of the reverse engineering and three - dimensional modeling method based RE technology: data gathering, cloud data processing and three- dimensional model re- building. And three - dimensional model of the plow arm is reconstructed as the instance again- how to utilize the RE technology to redevelop and redesign products, and explains the key of which we use the soft- Imageware and UG NX to realize this technology through scanning three - dimensional data of the plow arm 、 processing the three - dimensional data and reconstructing three - dimensional model of the plow arm. At last, measuring the machining accuracy using reverse engineering technology are especially introduced. Using the reverse engineering technology in product design will decrease the period of developing a new product and accelerate the response to the market.
