摘要
为实现大学英语教学目标,体现以“学生为中心”的“人本主义”教学理念,探讨了教师在教学中应转变角色,成为促进者、指导者、调动者和合作者,构建新型的英语教学模式。同时指出,培养创新精神,提高教师的综合素质,是为社会培养创新人才的必备条件。
To achieve the goal of college English teaching and reflect the "learner-centered" humanistic teaching idea, the paper argues that teachers are required to properly orientate their role as a promoter, a guider, an organizer and a cooperator in their teaching process. Meanwhile, it discusses that College English teacher's comprehensive qualities and innovative abilities are de- veloped to achieve good teaching results and serve the training of innovative talents.
