摘要
上海医科大学妇产科医院自１９８８年６月～１９９５年１１月使用联合国人口基金会提供的Ｎｏｒｐｌａｎｔ皮下埋植剂，１０００例临床使用５ａ观察，有效率１～５ａ分别为１００％～９９．５％。５ａ累积续用率为７３．４％。主要副反应是月经紊乱，即表现经期延长，点滴出血等。特别在头３ａ，是终止使用的主要原因。但总的出血量不多，不会引起使用者贫血。它是一种长效、高效、可逆的避孕方法，适用于我国大多数育龄妇女的使用。
PURPOSE To confirm a new contraceptive mothod suitable for our country's childbearing women. METHODS From June 1988 to Nov. 1995, Obstetric and Gynecolgic Hospital, Shanghai Medical University used Norplant implants which were supplied by the United Nations Fund for Population Activities through five years'clinical observation of one thousand cases of Norplant implants. RESULTS The effective contraceptive rate within 1￣5 years varied 100 %￣99.5%.The rate of the comulative follow on use in 5 years was 73.4%.Main side effects are menstrual disorders with prolonged menstrual bleeding, hypomenorrhea etc.were the main reasons for stopping Norplant use,especially in the first three years.But the amount of menstrual bleeding is not heavy and did not bring about anemia to users.CONCLUSIONS Norplant implants is a long lasting contraceptive method, effective and highly reversibile. It is suitable for the majority of childbearing women in our country.
