摘要
喷油泵试验台是用来检测不同转速下喷油泵各喷油嘴一定次数的喷油量的装置。本试验台控制系统具有数显、数控和屏显、屏控两种工作方式,即下位机(以AT89C52为核心)和上位机(普通PC机)都具有显示、控制功能,两者通过RS232接口实现数据的交换。用面向对象高级语言VISUAL BASIC进行编程,实现了上位机数据库浏览、数据打印等功能。经现场调试、运行,证明系统运行稳定、可靠,具有一定的推广应用价值。
The oil-pump test platform is a device used to detect the on-ejecting quantity of all spray nozztes of the oil-pump at different rotation speeds. The control system of the platform has two work modes: digital display and control on both keyboard and screen, that is, the lower MCU (AT89C52) and the upper MCU (PC) all have the display and control functions, and the data can be exchanged through RS-232 interface. The functions of database browsing and data printing can be achieved by means of programming with object - oriented language VB. The stability and credibility of the system have been verified in field test and operation.
