摘要
目的提高消毒灭菌质量,降低消毒费用。方法将医院消毒物品供应工作委托给具有合格资质的深圳市福田消毒供应中心,并对消毒供应中心和医院消毒供应室灭菌物品检测结果,两种消毒供应室成本核算,科室对中心的投诉情况,进行客观评定。结果两种消毒供应室灭菌物品检测结果分别经2χ检验,灭菌物品清洗有显著性差异,P<0.05;灭菌物品灭菌无显著性差异,P>0.05。消毒供应中心灭菌物品灭菌效果达到消毒技术规范标准。两种消毒供应室1年内消毒灭菌成本核算经t检验,有显著性差异,P<0.001。消毒供应中心成本核算比医院供应室减少。1年内各科对消毒供应中心投诉15次。结论消毒供应社会化确保消毒灭菌质量,降低消毒成本,满足医院对消毒灭菌物品的供应,方便医院管理,值得推广。
Objective To improve the quality of sterilization and reduce the cost. Methods The sterilization supply of hospital was entrusted to Shenzhen Futian Sterilization Supply Center which was qualified. And the examination of articles sterilized by two sterilization supply rooms, cost of two sterilization supply rooms and department＇s complain about center were evaluated objectively. Results There was significant difference in cleanse between two rooms （tested by x^2,P〈0.05） and there was no significant difference in sterilization （tested by x^2, P〉0.05）. Sterilization of Sterilization Supply Center meets the requirement of Sterilization Technique Norm. According to cost accounting, there was significant difference in the cost of one year between two sterilization rooms （tested by t, P〈 0.05）. Sterilization Supply Center cost less than Sterilization Room of hospital. There were 15 department＇s complains about Sterilization Supply Center. Conclusion The socialization of sterilization supply can ensure the quality of sterilization, reduce cost and satisfy the hospital＇s need for sterilization articles. In addition, it is convenient for hospital management and worth being popularized.
