摘要
阐述了一种热固性塑料壳体的成型工艺,即塑料冷流道注射、压缩复合成型工艺,并设计了实现该成型工艺的模具,采用该工艺可以降低纤维取向、去除毛边和流道料损失费用。
In the field of plastic working of thermosetting plastics, fibroplastic tropism, disconnected leftover material and losing injected material have chief influence on cost. A technological process for plastic shells, injection and compression forming process with cold runner is introduced in this paper. The mould for realizing this forming process has been designed. The way to reduce costs is introduced emphatically in this paper.
