摘要
颜色的和谐均一是汽车产品特别是乘用车外观的主要特性之一,色差则是油漆的一种缺陷。目前,国内汽车业对于色差的控制尚未引起足够重视,也没有形成系统的理论,本文将介绍两大主流色差控制方法,并探讨分析色差产生的因素,提出相应的外观色差过程控制方法。
The concord of color is one of main surface features of an automobile especially for passenger cars,and the chromatic difference is a defect of paint.At present,in domestic automotive industry it doesn't still attach enough importance to chromatic difference control,and systematic theory has not formed.The paper introduces two main methods to control chromatic difference, discusses the factors caused chromatic difference and gives corresponding control methods.
