摘要 集成毛细管电泳芯片是一种新型的微全分析系统,它具有样品用量少、分析速度快、体积小便于携带、成本低等优点。本文综述了该芯片的产生和发展过程以及芯片的结构、进样方式、检测方法等方面的进展和存在的问题;简述了其主要应用领域并展望了其应用前景。 Integrated Capillary electrophoresis (ICE) chip is a novel type of miniaturized total analysis system, with characteristics of tiny sampling, speedy assay time, portable and cost-effective. The origin and development of the CE chip are reviewed. The chip structure, sample feeding patterns as well as the method of analysis are described. The applications and future perspective of the CE chip are also discussed.
