摘要
针对海底天然气水合物的实际生成条件,2001年南京工业大学化工设备设计研究所在国内首次设计和制造了具有自主知识产权的低温高压天然气水合物模拟合成与分解设备。该成套设备由高压可视化釜体、制冷及浴槽温控系统、磁力搅拌系统、参数控制台及计算机数据采集系统、模拟天然气配气系统、天然气高压增压系统共6个子系统组成。应用结果表明,该设备安全可靠,能成功地应用于天然气水合物模拟合成、分解和有关测试分析,其部分结构和功能有所创新,达到国外相关部分类似产品的水平。
In consideration of the actual generation conditions of seabed gas hydrate, in 2001, an apparatus for low temperature and high pressure gas hydrate simulating synthesis and decomposition was made by the Institute of Chemistry Equipment Design of Nanjing University of Technology, which was first designed and made in China with independent intellectual asset. The complete set of equipment is composed of 6 subsystems, such as a high pressure visualized kettle, refrigeration and bathing pool temperature control system, magnetic blending system, parameter control panel and computer data collection system, simulated gas allocation system and high pressure gas boosting system. Application result shows that the apparatus is safety and reliable and can be used to analyze the simulation synthesis, decomposition of the gas hydrate and its related detection. Some of its structures and functions are innovative, and it reaches the quality level of some of the related foreign products.
