摘要
本文研究了大象素、高反差、高亮度荧光显示器的理论和实际应用。利用亮度对比度和色对比度联合作用的原理,成功地解决了大象素与高亮度之间的矛盾.讲述了窄线谱红色作为大型高反差显示器发光色的优点。我们采用发射线谱的谱峰波长为626nm的Y2O2S:Eu荧光粉,获得了在高照度环境下不需要甚高亮度就能有良好可读性的高反差显示器.它制作成本低、视角大,可用集成电路直接驱动,能在阳光直照下清晰阅读。
In this paper,the theory and the practical applications of the fluorescent display of large image element, high contrast, high brightness were studied.According to the united principle of bright contrast and color contrast, the relationship between large image element and high brightness was clarified successfully. The benefits of red narrow spectrum as the emissive color of high contrast display was also illustrated.Y2O2S: Eu fluorescent powder with 626nm spectrum-peak wavelength was utilizedto attain readable display of high contrast under the condition of high illumination. It's less expenses, large visual angle, readable under the sun, drivable by integrated circuit.
