摘要
报告1例上皮样组织细胞瘤。患者女,21岁。因8年前外伤后前额出现红色丘疹,容易出血而就诊。临床表现为前额隆起红色结节,界限清楚。组织病理表现为表皮萎缩,两侧表皮突延长,呈衣领状包绕真皮乳头层内界限清楚的增生细胞团块。肿瘤主要由上皮样组织细胞组成,伴有明显的浆细胞浸润。依据临床资料并结合组织病理学检查,诊断为上皮样组织细胞瘤。
A ease of epithelioid cell histiocytoma is deseribed. A 21-year-old female patient presented an 8-year history of red-violet nodule on her forehead after trauma which was easy to bleed. Clinical examination showed a well cireumseribed protuberant nodule on the forehead.Histopathology examination showed atrophy of the epidermis, the hyperplastic tumor located in the papillary dermis which had a sharp edge, the epideral ridges between the tumor elongated and surrounded the tumor like a collarette. The tumor was mainly composed of epithelial cells, and plasma cells infiltration was prominent, This case is a typical epithelioid cell histiocytoma based on climcal data and histological examination.
